Collection: El Hispano Liqueur

This liqueur comes from an ancestral recipe of the Pacheco family. During a trip to Mexico at Casa Tarasco, the family gave a tasting of the Jalapeño liqueur to Bogdan Tanasoiu, CEO of BBC SPIRITS. The liqueur had never been bottled before. For Bogdan, there was no doubt this original liqueur had to be bottled. El Hispano is a sugar cane spirit, made from molasses, in a column still around 65% ABV. Fresh ingredients are then added to the vat with the spirit for 45-60 days. After maturation, the liquid is filtered. Purified water is then
used to blend down to 30% ABV. Brown sugar is added at the end.
